Cedars Property/Business Membership

This is available to owners of property and/or businesses located within Association boundaries. Individuals applying for membership on this basis shall have only one vote, regardless of the number of businesses or properties they own within Association boundaries. All Non-Resident Memberships will be registered in the name of the individual owning a majority share of the business or property.

Applicants are responsible for providing government issued photo ID as well as documents proving they qualify for membership:

  • Property Owner – Current deed or DCAD record showing in the individual’s name or the name of a corporation that owns the property, in which the individual has a majority interest.

  • Business – Current Articles of Incorporation on record with the Texas Secretary of State, and a Company Agreement showing the individual has a majority interest

**All CNA registrants must provide proof of their eligibility in-person to the Vice President of Membership to confirm their Cedars Neighborhood Association membership. Please see the CNA Bylaws listed under Member Docs on this website for more information regarding qualifying documents (Article V, Section 1). These can be verified at a monthly member meeting or by coordinating directly with the Vice President (vicepresident@cnadallas.org).
